Jothikumaran Caught Accepting Bribe

Jothikumaran, IHF secretary-general, was shown receiving cash for getting a player included in the senior team. The sting operation "Operation Chak De" was done by Aaj Tak channel. Aaj Tak claimed that after receiving Rs 2 lakhs and taking a promise of another Rs 3 lakhs, Jothikumaran assured the player picked up for the senior hockey team for the Azlan Shah hockey tournament next month.

K Jothikumaran has resigned after this sting operation.
