Dr. Rajesh Talwar has been apprehended on the charges of murder of his own daughter Aarushi Talwar and house help, Hemraj. According to the Noida police, Dr. Rajesh Talwar had killed his daughter Aarushi to defend his honour.
Aarushi had known about her father's illegitimate affair and had shared with Hemraj. Dr. Rajesh Talwar first killed Hemraj on the terrace and then killed Aarushi in her room. This seems to be the theory of the Noida Police. However, the stand for the mother, Dr. Nupur Talwar has not been made clear - whether she had known about the murder at the time it happened or not.
There are many loopholes in Noida police's theory though it is a plausible theory. There is more to what the Noida Police is revealing. It is possible that Dr. Talwar knew for sure that Hemraj would tell on him if he killed just his daughter or it is a possibility that Dr. Talwar killed Hemraj in a rage which Aarushi discovered and to protect himself from the police he got rid of his own daughter. Now that seems to be a more sensible theory!

Sahil Zaroo
Sonal Chouhan was slapped in Mumbai airport by Sahil Zaroo. Sahil Zaroo is long time friend of Sonal, He was arrested later by Police. There was minor issue between Sonal and Sahil Zaroo, but he slapped her in public and threw her mobile on floor.
Sahil Zaroo tried to run after the incident but CISF guards quickly ran and caught Zaroo, who had reached the parking lot. Both Chauhan and Zaroo were taken to the airport police station. Surprisingly, Chauhan registered a complaint in the name of Sonal Raghuraj Singh, 21. In her complaint, she said that she was a student.
So a rising star (probably) was slapped in the public place, normally such things does not happen. But she can only feel the pain in the face.

Marria alias Monika Susayraj, a kannada actress and her boyfriend M.L. Jerome Matthew, a naval officer, have been arrested for the sensational murder of Neeraj Grover, creative director (aaosiate of Synergy Adlabs. Neeraj had gone missing a fortnight ago.

The police suspect the murder to be an outcome of 'a love triangle'.
Marria who has acted in 4 Kannada movies befriended Grover when she came to Mumbai in search of a break in bollywood. Marria lived at Solitaire Apartments on Chincholi Bunder Road in Malad and Neeraj lived at the Four Bungalows area of Andheri.
On May 7, Neeraj Grover visited Marria's home to seek her help in shifting to his new residence and ended up staying back at her place. That evening, Matthew who was in Kochi, called up Marria and Neeraj happened to pick up the call.On learning that Neeraj is staying at Marria's place, on May 8, he boarded an early morning flight to Mumbai and went to Marria's Malad flat. On seeing Grover in Marria's bedroom, Mathew flew into a rage and battered him to death, while Marria watched.
Mathew later chopped Grover's body into small pieces and stuffed these into bags. He loaded them in Marria's Santro car to Manor, a coastal village 4km from Mumbai where he burnt the bags containing the body pieces and went to the airport to catch the next flight back to Kochi.
However later, Grover's friend called up on his phone - and Marria answered. She said that Grover had 'gone out' forgetting his cellphone. Then, Amarnath Grover, the Neeraj's father, called up to enquire his whereabouts and he lodged a missing person complaint with the Malad police station.
Marria was summoned for interrogation where she broke down and confessed. Matthew was then apprehended from Kochi and Marria was also arrested.
Neeraj Grover
Neeraj Grover who was missing since May 7 is dead - his body cut into 300 odd pieces. Neeraj Grover was the Creative Head (Associate) of Synergy Adlabs, the same company which produces the game show 'Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hai?'
Neeraj Grover's female friend Maria (Monika Susayraj) a Kannada film actress and Matthew, her boyfriend, a merchant navy lieutenant, have been arrested for the brutal murder.
Neeraj was killed by Matthew after Matthew sam Maria with Neeraj during night according to Maria's confession.
However, the police suspect that there is more to the story as the murder seems to be the work of two or more people. The police have also not been able to understand why Matthew let off Maria.
Aarushi Talwar Murder
Aarushi Talwar murder case has got even more complicated with the police now suspecting Aarushi's parents, Dr Rakesh and Dr. Nupur Talwar. On 15 May, Aarushi Talwar, 14 year old was found murdered with her throat slit in her room. Initially the police thought that Aarushi Talwar's murder was committed by their servant Hemraj. But everyone was shocked to find Hemraj's dead body on the terrace of the apartment! Now after much investigations, police has caught hold of Vishnu, a previous servant of talwar family. It is believed that Vishnu wanted to get his job back and had a fight with Hemraj and in a fit of rage murdered him and Aarushi Talwar seemed to be the scapegoat in the fight.
However, Vishnu's employer defended Vishnu( who has been working for him for 8 yrs) saying that Hemraj and Vishnu were related and seemed to be on very friendly terms.
The Talwar's driver ruled out Hemraj doing any harm to Aarushi Talwar. There are also talks of aarushi Talwar's father Dr Rakesh Talwar having an extramarital affair which seems to have some connection with the Aarushi Murder Case.
The postmortem on Aarushi Talwar’s body showed that the 14 years old Aarushi had died 18 to 24 hours before her death was reported on Friday morning. Aarushi died around noon on Thursday, or up to 6 hours earlier. This means that Aarushi was dead long before her parents went to sleep on Thursday night. The body lay in the house much of the day on Thursday & was reported only at 6.30 the next morning.
The cell phone records of Aarushi Talwar's number are now available to the police. It is believed that Aarushi Talwar used to talk on the phone for hours uptil 12:30pm after she would recieve an sms from a certain number. However on the day of the murder, no phone call or sms came from that number after 9:30 or so.

Police has told that the murder appears to be done by a doctor butcher. They told the way throat was cut pointed out that it was done by a professional. Police is confident of resolve the case by May22.

Arushi Talwar was the 14 year old from whom life was taken away at a very early age. Arushi, a student of DPS, Noida lived in Sector 25 Noida. Arushi Talwar's parents are both dental doctors.
On May 16, Arushi was found murdered in her Noida home. The suspect, Hemraj was the house help in the Talwar home and had been missing since the murder.

Vijay Tendulkar passes away
Vijay Tendulkar, the leading marathi playwright, scriptwriter and social commentator passed away today morning in Pune. He was 80 and was suffering from a muscular disorder.
Vijay Tendulkar recieved the Padma Bhushan award, the Sangeet Natak Award and the National film award amongst many other awards in his career which spanned over 50 years. Tendulkar's well know plays include "Ghashiram Kotwal" and "Sakharam Binder".
Tendulkar wrote Shyam Benegal's Manthan for which he won the National film award in 1977. He also wrote the screenplays for other films like "Nishant", "Akrosh" and "Ardh Satya" which were critically acclaimed
In his writing career of more than 50 years, Vijay Tendulkar had written 27 full-length plays and 25 one-act plays. Many of his plays went ahead to be Marathi theater classics. His plays have been translated and performed in many Indian languages.

Sourav Ganguly and Shane Warne were fined 10% of their match fee under Clause 1.3 of IPL for violating code of conduct. The fine was precipative action taken by the IPL after yesterdays match between Kolkata knightriders and Rajasthan Royals. Warne said Sourav Ganguly disregarded the spirit of cricket after he refused to walk for a catch which was claimed by Warne's Rajasthan Royals team player Graeme Smith.

Nirmala Deshpande passes away
Dr. Nirmala Deshpande, member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) has passed away on Thursday.She was 79 years old and was staying in Delhi. She was not well for last 4 days, and she died in her sleep early Thursday morning.
Deshpande had returned from Dhanbad on Tuesday & had some gastric problems. She was suffering from fever from last evening. Currently she was Rajya Sabha member. She has received Padma award in 2006.
